Anna Pietrzyk

As a full-desk recruiter, Anna enjoys building real relationships with her candidates to help them fully maximize career potential, while partnering with agencies that share the passion for recruiting and provide strong platforms for her candidates to excel.
Anna’s background is in the legal field, and for 5 years she lived her passion of working toward justice and assisting in the legal processes for both criminal and civil cases. After discovering recruitment, she began her recruitment career in an internal role, working at an information technology program management consulting firm, assisting with the internal recruiting efforts for the U.S. Coast Guard, the Department of Homeland Security, the General Services Administration, and other government agencies placing Project/Program Managers, Developers, and Management.
Using the valuable skills and knowledge from Anna’s internal role, she joined DG Recruit in the summer of 2020, she took the leap & moved to the agency side. Anna is passionate about educating others on the fundamental differences, and common personality traits of internal vs. agency recruiters and sharing how to maximize true potential in recruiting.
While currently Anna is settled in her “hometown” of Salem, Virginia, she is a traveler at heart. In 2013, she moved to Helena, Montana to explore the amazing state and create friendships and memories that will last a lifetime. Her favorite friendship found in the mid-west is with her dog-daughter, Trinity, a beagle mix that was found roaming on an Indian reservation. Quickly, “Trin”, found her furr-ever home with Anna, and both moved back to the east coast in 2018.
When Anna is not working, you can find her playing with her (now two!) dogs, or adventuring in the woods on a mountain bike. She still loves to travel, try new foods, and see amazing views of everything from oceans to mountain tops. Get in touch with Anna here!
